Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take
The location was fantastic! Just a pleasant stroll to the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. Staff were warm and willing to assist with everything.
Though clean, the room was cramped for our family with large luggage. Breakfast left something to be desired, with limited variety and items that weren't replenished fast enough.
